Himilo Solutions provides a process for users to request deletion of personal information handled through our services or integrations.
How to Request Deletion
- Email info@himilosolution.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
- Include your name, phone number or other identifier associated with the account or conversation, and describe the data you want deleted.
- We may request reasonable information to verify the request.
What Happens Next
We will review and verify the request where reasonably necessary, then delete or anonymize eligible personal information, subject to legal, security, accounting, dispute-resolution or other legitimate retention requirements.
